Breaking Down The Tours

Two ghostwalk tours are available to guests in the Smoky Mountains: one in Gatlinburg and the other in nearby Dandridge. We've provided a breakdown of each tour's coverage so you can make your best choice.

Gatlinburg Tour

This tour is about unveiling the findings of skilled researchers who investigated the properties and settlements spread throughout the region. These properties cover a diverse collection of history from Cherokee to early settlers.

The Gatlinburg Ghost Tour departs from the Melting Pot beside the former TGI Fridays Restaurant at 959 Parkway.

Dandridge Tour

In Dandridge, you'll learn about what happened during the recent investigation of the historic Shepards Inn and find out who haunts the historic Vance building of Downtown Dandridge, among other mysteries for a truly spooky tour.

The tour starts from the front porch of the old Dandridge General Store, 149 East Main St, Dandridge, TN 37725.

Helpful Information

All tours operate year-round and require advance reservations with at least two people in your party. The details are as follows:

    • March through October: Evening Lantern-Led Gatlinburg Ghost Tours Begin at 8:30 PM DST.
    • November through February: Evening Lantern-Led Gatlinburg Ghost Tours Begin at 6 PM EST.
    • March through October: Evening Lantern-Led Dandridge Ghost Tours Begin at 8:30 PM DST.
    • November through February: Evening Lantern-Led Dandridge Ghost Tours Begin at 6 PM EST.

The tours are booked on a first-come, first-served basis, so the earlier you reserve your spot, the better your chances of success in enjoying a spooky tour in Gatlinburg, TN, and beyond. Pricing is as follows:

  • 2 People: $48 per person.
  • 3 People: $41 per person.
  • 4-5 People: $38 per person.
  • 6-15 People: $33 per person.
  • 16-30 People: $31 per person.
  • 31+ People: $29 per person.

Groups of three or more get an additional $2 off for children aged 5-11 or seniors 65 and over. Children 4 and under are free. All tours can be changed or postponed indefinitely without limit or fees for up to one year from the date of purchase.
